ShipSolo$10

You haven't made $1 yet

Your SaaS costs $142/mo before its first customer.

Every tutorial sends you to a hosting platform, a managed database, an auth service, an email API, a newsletter tool… Each one is “only $20”. Together they eat your runway. ShipSolo puts the same stack on one server you own, for about €11 a month. Claude does the setup.

The usual path

Two weeks of building. Seven subscriptions.

Nobody decides to spend $142 a month. It happens one “quick signup” at a time, and the bills keep coming whether or not anyone uses your product.

The ShipSolo path

One sentence. One server. Same features.

You tell Claude what you're building. ShipSolo gives it a tested playbook to set up everything on a €9 server, and it stops for your OK before anything you can't undo.

What's the catch?

You own a server: about 1–2 hours a month of upkeep, and one machine to keep alive. ShipSolo sets up tested backups and a restore runbook so that's not scary.

Do I need to know DevOps?

No. Claude runs the commands and explains each step. You create a few accounts (server, Stripe, email) and paste keys where it tells you.

Does it work for my stack?

Next.js gets everything. Django, Rails and Laravel get the server, database, HTTPS and backups. It works for new projects and for moving an existing one.
