Terms of sale
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply to every purchase of ShipSolo on shipsolo.one. By buying, you accept them.
Seller
ShipSolo is sold by its owner, reachable at amine@usagegate.io. Full legal details are listed on the contact page.
The product
ShipSolo is a downloadable plugin (skill) for Claude Code: instructions, scripts and code templates that help you set up and deploy a web application on a server you control. It is delivered as a zip file right after payment.
You need your own Claude Code access, server, domain and third-party accounts (for example Stripe, Amazon SES, Cloudflare). Their costs are yours and are not included in the price.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the site before purchase (currently $10, one-time). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Delivery and right of withdrawal
The download is made available immediately after payment. Before paying, you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code / article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83). See the refund policy for what happens if something doesn't work.
Licence
- You may use ShipSolo for your own projects and your clients' projects, commercial or not, without limit.
- You may modify it for your own use.
- You may not resell, redistribute or publish ShipSolo itself (or a lightly modified copy), alone or as part of another product that competes with it.
Code that ShipSolo generates inside your project is yours.
Your responsibility
ShipSolo guides an AI assistant that runs commands on your computer and servers. You stay in control of, and responsible for, what you approve: your servers, data, backups, security, costs and compliance (including privacy and tax obligations for your own product). Review what is about to run, especially on production systems.
Warranty and liability
ShipSolo is provided with the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content: if it doesn't work as described, we'll fix it or refund you (see the refund policy). Beyond what the law requires, it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, revenue or downtime of your own services.
Updates
Updates may be offered at our discretion. Your purchase gives you access to the version available when you buy it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of your country of residence. Contact us first at amine@usagegate.io; most issues are solved by email. EU consumers can also use a consumer mediator.
